How to Brew Dragon Pearl Ripe Puer
- Prepare 1 puer dragon pearl, put into gaiwan or teapot
- Rinse the tea with hot water quickly (first rinse for awakening tea)
- Pour boiling water (95–100°C), steep for 5–10 seconds for first infusion
- Gradually extend steeping time for subsequent re-brews
